Delivery

All cushions are made to order, and take 3-5 days to make. Please contact us if you are in a hurry.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of order placement, except where items are made to order.

Cushions and Textiles: 

UK (1-3 days) - £6.00

UK Non Mainland (4 - 10 days) - £16 

European Union (2-7 days) - £18

USA & Canada (2-7 days) - £25

We ship World Wide, for delivery outside of the European Union please contact us for a shipping quote at studio@arumfellow.com

Furniture & Rugs

Please contact for a customised quote. If purchasing online the delivery charge will be handled separately following order placement.  

Occasionally the delivery date may be affected by factors beyond our or our suppliers control and so cannot be guaranteed. We will aim to let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new delivery date with you. Please allow extra time for deliveries outside the United Kingdom mainland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and other regions which are less accessible to post carriers. 

We will not be liable for any export or import duties, taxes, or holding fees arising as a result of the goods being sent to a destination outside the United Kingdom.
 

Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please note refunds cover the products ordered and do not include postage paid. 

Cut Fabric, Made To Order & Custom Items

We cannot refund for cut fabric, made to order, or custom items (including custom soft goods, rugs, furniture, lampshades). Unless there is a fault with these items. 

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition cannot be credited. All returns must be sent back to us in the original packaging, please ensure they are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. The amount refunded will not include P&P paid. 

If you return an item we recommend using insured registered post and keep proof of postage. We cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Please email us with return item details prior to posting the item. The appropriate address for return will be provided once the return process has been authorised.

Damaged or Defective Goods

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or defective please inform us immediately after delivery. We may ask you to return the goods to us at your cost. These terms will apply to any repaired or replacement goods we supply to you. After verifying that the goods are damaged or defective, we will take one of the following actions:


    •    provide you with a full or partial refund, including the cost of your returning the goods to us
    •    replace the goods
    •    repair the goods
    •    provide a credit note
